Our Bartenders play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences and often serves as the first point of interaction. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional service, crafting quality beverages, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for the guest's visit.
As a Bartender, you are more than a drink maker—you are a host, storyteller, entertainer, and brand ambassador. You engage guests with enthusiasm, provide knowledgeable recommendations, showcase our unique culture, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding hospitality. Through strong communication, sound judgment, and a passion for music and service, you help create an unforgettable experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave the bar.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Deliver friendly, attentive, and engaging service to all guests.
Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Create a welcoming and energetic bar environment.
Share knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and venue features.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all safety and alcohol service regulations; including labeling and dating as required, sanitizing glassware and shakers, etc.
Build positive guest relationships and contribute to a memorable dining and entertainment experience.
Demonstrate responsible alcohol service; including properly checking IDs for anyone who appears under the age of 30.
Maintaining proper cash drawer balances.
Ringing all sales into the POS at time of service.
Performing opening / closing duties as required per management provided direction; including garnish prep, stocking, etc.
